City One Hotel - Kayseri

Great value for money with clean and well-equipped rooms. Conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries.

The rooms can be a bit noisy due to outside traffic and the occasional call to prayer. The decor in common areas is outdated and could use some modernization.

Decent breakfast. While the hotel is located in an poor industrial area it is close to a tram stop and only a 10 minute walk from city center

Came back at lunch and power in room off - thought it was typical as power goes off sometimes in Turkey. After 4 hours, went to reception and found out it was only my room. Tried to fix then moved me to another room. At bedtime, discovered bed had a broken leg and bed tilted - luckily there was a second bed in the room.

Only a 15-minute walk from Kayseri Castle, which was good for us. The sauna was a nice surprise. In love with city one. You should definitely explore Kayseri City Center district, it's worth it:)))

The hotel is situated in an industrial area, not ideal for tourists. the room was spacious with free internet access, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast offered a big selection of food, and the top-floor restaurant provided great views of the surroundings.

The bathroom had some mouldy corners, and the air conditioning was not effective and smelled of mould.

Warm rooms, near city center

The hotel stay was great value for money. the buffet breakfast had an impressive spread of bread, cakes, cold meats, cheeses, dried fruit, cereals. the room was reasonably sized and had free internet access. it was easy to get around the area by public transport, with a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area, not ideal for those looking to explore the city on foot. the air conditioning was not very effective and had a slight smell of mold.

Late night check-in was easy - the overnight staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast had a large number of items.

Breakfast did not go late enough. Asked for one double bed and got two singles but it was too late to complain.

The comfy beds

Kayseri is not a tourist town. Also with Mosque directly behind it you where constantly being woken at 5am for call to prayers. Also I did as they requested and left my washing inside of door to be picked up for laundry service. It sat there for 2 days

They charged my credit card with out even informing me this is number one,and second the day i arrived they also told me that there is no booking in my name and also there is no empty rooms and i stayed maybe about two hours tell they let me in.this is the second time to happen with me this thing in one month.!!
